Is form 1040-X now available on turbotax?
I tried to claim my second EIP with my tax return (with turbotax), it didn`t work out and when I called the IRS they told me I have to file form 1040-X. How do I do it?

You do not say why getting your 2nd EIP payment on your 2020 return did not "work out"----you were supposed to use the recovery rebate credit in the Federal Review section to get stimulus payments from the 1st or 2nd rounds if you had not received them. If you did not use that section, then you can amend your 2020 return after it has been fully processed.
Select your tax year for amending instructions:

The stimulus check is an advance on a credit you can receive on your 2020 tax return. If something went wrong or you did not get the stimulus check in 2020, you can get it when you file your 2020 return in early 2021
The Recovery Rebate Credit will be found in the FEDERAL REVIEW section. ( you should see "Let's make sure you got the right stimulus amount”) If you are eligible it will end up on line 30 of your 2020 Form 1040.
Make sure that you enter ALL of the stimulus money received for the 1st and 2nd stimulus for yourself, your spouse and your children.

Click on Tax Tools on the left side of the screen. Click on Tools. Click on View Tax Summary. Click on Preview my 1040 on the left side of the screen.
The check was sent to a wrong address, I then used the FR section in my tax return but there seemed to be a problem with the IRS not getting back the check.
I got the following codes:
740 undelivered refund returned
767 reduced or removed tax relief credit
And now I am supposed to use form 1040-X - says an IRS representative - which I can’t find on turbotax.
