Filed on 1/31 and irs page says it's still processing. I've had friends that filed on February the 10th with a child and already received their 6k return yesterday 2/23

Just wondering what the hell is going on with my return. It still says its processing. Which is good I guess but it's been over 21 days and turbo tax informed me I should contact the irs. But it's impossible to get a real agent on the phone there from my experience.

Turbo Tax has no control over the refund process. After it has been accepted by the IRS it is handled by the IRS. This is the only information we have about why it can take more than 21 days.https://ttlc.intuit.com/replies/3302084  Also, no two returns are the same and take different times to be processed.
