I filed Indiana State tax using Turbotax with Direct Debit payment option on 2/5/25, it was accepted 2/6/25, the state tax is processed with transcript available on 2/11/25 that indicates balance due. However, it is now 3/01/25, and no payment has been taken from my bank account yet. In my Turbotax Indiana State filing, I already give my bank account, routing number, and permission to withdrawal for the date 2/5/25, and I have checked Turbotax Indiana State tax e-filing summary page, it says "Your Indiana state tax return...shows a balance due of...Your return shows you have elected to pay your balance due of.....by Direct debit using the following information" which indicated amount, account number, and routing number, and date of withdrawal 2/05/2025 which is all correct. But for some reason there is simply no direct debit withdrawal.
I am just wondering, do I need to risk double paying and pay on Indiana Intime portal on my own, since there is no movement on the direct debit option with Turbotax Indiana State tax e-filing for 24 days now?

Before making a double payment, I suggest contacting the Indiana Department of Revenue at 317-232-2240 to determine if there is simply a processing delay.
I am also having the same problem. It has been about 1 month since my state tax return was accepted, and I can see that Indiana says I owe the proper amount, but I also elected to have it debited from my bank account. I called the state of Indiana and they said that I would need to contact Turbo Tax regarding the status of the payment. I called Turbo Tax and they said that the state of indiana would be the ones responsible for the payment, so at this point I'm not sure what I should do. Any suggestions?
Does anyone know who the burden is on at this point to make sure the taxes process: Turbo Tax or the DOR for Indiana?
What date did you select to have the payment made? You are responsible for the payment, so if the date has passed by more than a week and the money has not been taken out of your account, you may need to make payment manually.
If you want to check the debit date you specified, look on the filing instructions for your return. It will tell you the debit date the IRS or State will deduct the payment. If you did not print them out you can view them using the following steps:

Just a follow up, I did login to Indiana INTIME portal, and asked via Secure Message on 2/20/25 about my situation (see above 1st Post). Indiana replies back "...Please allow 7-14 business days for the payment to be withdrew and applied to your account balance".
I am unsure if they meant 7-14 business days from when I file, or from when I received their message (message received 2/21/25). Because I filed Indiana tax return pretty early, I have time to wait, so I am going by the estimate of 2/21/25 + 14 business days which is around 3/13/25, and plan to reach out to INTIME via secure message again on 3/14/25 if the Direct Debit money is still not withdrawn. As far as I understand, Turbotax send your Direct Debit information to Indiana, but I guess it is up to Indiana (either automatically or manually) to input the Direct Debit information and utilize it, I think my issue is Indiana is just sitting on the information and not using it, even though I give it permission to Direct Debit Withdraw on 2/5/25 for 2/5/25 withdrawal date.
I am not sure why I need to chase people down to take my money, but I suspect this will not be resolved by 3/14/25. If I have to do this over again, I would still file taxes using Turbotax, but would not use the Direct Debit payment option offered on Turbotax, and would instead login directly to INTIME and pay it that way.
If and when my situation is resolved, I will try to put in another update.
I have had the same issue. I filed my IN tax return on 2/28/25, and entered a date of 3/1/25 to pay my state taxes and gave my banking information. Nothing has been deducted from my bank account.
I went back and looked at the saved copy of my return, and none of my bank information is on the return. I don't think Turbo Tax is going to send it to Indiana. I went on the In.gov website and paid it today. This is very confusing.
Final Update,
I filed my Indiana 202412 tax 2/5/25 using Turbotax, give permission for direct debit withdrawal. Indiana tax was processed 2/11/25, but no Direct Withdrawal from my bank, so I asked Indiana Revenue on 2/20/25, and they say to wait 10-14 business days.
I waited 14 business days, no direct debit withdrawal, so I reached out to Indiana Revenue again on 3/14/25. This time they replied back 3/17/25 that they don't have my bank account/routing number, and to please make a payment using Indiana Intime. So I did, I made a payment on 3/17/25 on Indiana INTIME.
Guess what happens on 3/19/25? I notice a separate withdrawal again from Indiana. They told me they don't have my banking information and couldn't withdrawal 2/5/25 on 3/17/25, but as soon as they have my Indiana INTIME payment, they processed the 2/5/25 withdrawal and charged me twice. The timing seems intentional, and directly contradict their own message to me that they don't have my bank account/routing information from my 202412 tax return.
So 3/19/25 I have sent what I hope is the final message to Indiana Revenue this year in regard to 202412, I have asked for a refund for the double charge, and my guess is they will mail me a check about a month from now, after they sit on it to earn for interest.
I am having the same issue. Not sure what to think. This has never happened before. Definitely do not want to double pay.
Go back into your return by logging in and selecting 'add a state' to open it up. Then go to print and save all worksheets. Once saved, look for the state info worksheet. Section VI should have your direct debit information and date selected. If you forgot to select a date, then 4/15 will be the default.
Note: Even though 4/15 is the default date, it can still take a few days for an auto draft to occur.
