I still have not received my refund due to the Covid-19 delays. I got an email that TT will still be draining my account $175 for their fees. I am a single mother of a disabled teen. I need that money right now, and can't contact the IRS to see when I'll get my return.
Anyone else being screwed over by TT like this? I'll be writing my Gov. Newsom and if TT is doing this to others, I urge you to do the same, and NEVER use TT again. They are predators of the ones who cannot afford a tax professional.

It still says if you agreed to have the deductions taken out of your refund, they will violate your bank account as they want. I got a measly 2 week extension but now that's expiring. TT has been NO HELP. They want their money, and do not care if you are broke because you are now unemployed.
