Feedback to Intuit for TurboTax 2024

As I worked through TurboTax for filing my taxes this year, I took some notes of problems I encountered.  I'm writing this now to provide that feedback and suggestions to TurboTax/Intuit and I cannot find any way to email this so I am writing here.  I love TurboTax and hope you can review this to make improvements and corrections:
1)  There is a glitch with Social Security in step-by-step.  I encountered this in early April so would seem would have been fixed before that. Cannot enter the 1099-SSA data in step-by-step because of "details"  transferred from previous year.  I had to Google this and found that I had to go to forms and delete that on the form in order to enter Social Security.  This could be a problem and some people may overlook entering the SS income
2)  CTRL+ I to get details pop-up does not always work in Step-by-step
3)  We used to be able to search on a topic and it would go to that screen.  This year it seemed that searching a topic was really difficult.  Please make "search" easier and/or GO TO form or topic.  When entering a question to the Digital Assistant help just seemed weird and not helpful
4)  This has always been an issue ... when entering responses or checking boxes in Step-by-Step, please RETAIN previous entries in step-by-step (within the same session/year!) so you don't need to recall how it was answered before if you are going back to a previous topic.  It asks the same questions again and the boxes are not still checked.
5)  Remind users to enter Medical expenses even if not needed for standard deduction because STATES often use that for state deductions
6) State (Wisconsin) guidance is so limited.  Please make it easier for the state product.  Need more instructions.  Sometimes, TurboTax has already made some calculations/entries needed but it is not clear - e.g. for capital gains differences, carryovers etc.  Asking a question like "enter any differences between federal and state" is too vague.  How are we supposed to know what the differences might be?  But it did seem like TurboTax figured some of that out already. It just didn't say that.
7)  Show option for paying taxes - that can pay direct online to IRS. TurboTax requires you to answer that you are "mailing a check" and the option to pay online to IRS is not offered. You could just show the link for Direct Pay and also show for states.
Thank you for "listening"!
