Hello, I am trying to get a hold of someone who can tell me whats going on with my Federal Taxes. I can see that my taxes were accepted. I should have got them 2/13/20, but I only got my state and not my federal. With covid-19 going on I can't get a hold of anyone, I have emailed everyone from the IRS and TAS, and TurboTax but I can't get through to a human. I just want to know where my taxes are? When I try to track it on IRS it tells me it can't give me any info about my taxes.. and that my taxes are not prepossessed yet that I need to file... what heck? Please Help!!!

The online link is your best option to track your refund. I have attached a link with more answers from the IRS as to why your refund may be taking longer to process.
There is a delay in processing the returns as the IRS is not processing paper returns at the moment due to Covid-19 and social distancing policies in effect.
Thank you, this answers some of my questions, but this doesn't answer why I would get my state and not my federal refund. When I use the tracking website that you posted it doesn't tell me anything... It tells me that it still be processing ,but TurboTax tells me its been accepted. I filed E-file I didn't file by paper. @CatinaT1
Your state return is processed by your state and your federal return is processed by the IRS. It is very common to get one refund and have an issue with the other return. The state did not find any issues with your state return, so they processed it. The IRS on the other hand, is reviewing your return for a reason only the IRS knows.
Once your return shows Accepted in TurboTax, you are done with TurboTax, meaning that the status will never change again for that tax return. After it is accepted, only the IRS has any control of the processing. TurboTax only helps you prepare your tax returns and will also e-file them. Once accepted, no one except for the IRS knows about the processing of ALL tax returns.
Unfortunately, only the IRS can tell you about your return if it is ''still processing''. And the COVID situation is what is causing it to be so difficult to contact them. Nothing is going to change on the website until the IRS returns to normal operations and finishes processing your return. It is no longer being electronically processed but no one here will know why that is, which is also unfortunate. I realize you e-filed, but once your return is pulled for review, it becomes a manually processed return and those are not being processed which is why you have not seen a change.
