My federal refund was deposited in my bank today, but the amount is less then my tax filing expected. I work as an independent contractor, and I made my Q4 2021 prepayment on 1/12; this prepayment amount is the exact amount my refund was also deducted. So it seems like I almost paid double.
I use Quickbooks to track all my tax payments, and I know I was asked about the prepayment during my TurboTax filing. Can somehow help point out to me where I should double check my return to make sure I filed correctly?

Check 1040 line 26 for the total estimated payments and check your bank accounts to make sure they were paid.
How to view your account at the IRS and see your payment history and payoff amount, etc.

Thank you! It looks like somehow, the amount on Line 26 was doubled - the IRS must have caught it and deducted the amount from our refund to compensate for the mistake. I thought the refund was relatively high.
Did you import it from QuickBooks and also manually enter it?
From what I remember, TurboTax just asked me to confirm the number that was imported and that was it. But it's my first year doing it as a 1099, so it must have been me.
