fed and state reject my efile

Fed and state rejected my 2019. I confirmed AGI and still rejected. I get this error from reject email: "What happened IND-032-04 - 'SpousePriorYearPIN' or 'SpousePriorYearAGIAmt' in the Return Header must match the e-File database."

I am a widower as of Nov 2019 so filing: Married filing jointly.

Turbo does not give me an opportunity to enter the above error information that I can find.

How do I clear this error and efile.

I filed by Mail both Fed and State....

I paid for state efile and did not use it because of fore mentioned rejection.

How do I get a refund of my state efile fee I did not use?
