Faxed my 8962 and 1095a i put all info on cover sheet but left out in care of such and such do you think it will make a difference all other info is on it

If you have your social security and name on it, they will be able to match it with your return. They are specifically asking for form 8962, so I'm sure they have a process. You should also have a number on the IRS letter, if you would like to call and check with them.
