Faxed in return with documents per irs request

I faxed back irs per their request on Feb 15th 25 when I call saud could not locate it but they may have it will have to wait til April 25th has been 7 weeks what should I do no number on the letter I did call irs cannot get any snswers

In general, faxed information to the IRS can take 8 weeks or longer for processing. Keep in mind, once your return is accepted for processing by the IRS and/or State TurboTax has no control over the processing of your return and/or release of your refund.
