I have not received my federal refund. It has been two and a half months and I cannot get ahold of the IRS. Any tips or advice are greatly appreciated.

Wait a couple of days, and then call the IRS. They are swamped right now with calls from last minute filers.

Everytime I call, which has been since mid March, I get routed to the Get Refund Status IVR. I can get that information on their website. I am trying to determine what would be taking so long.
