Error on Federal Review Page

OBSERVED:

1. Turbo Tax says, "Andrew, congrats on your $11,982 refund" in the top box

2. Turbo Tax says in the next box, "You are not getting a refund because your $13,957 in tax payments and $1,000 in Child and Other Dependents Tax Credits were not enough to fully offset your $19,141 total tax liability for 2023."

EXPECT: 

I would expect those two boxes to have the same calculations and provide complimentary responses.

SUGGEST:

I would suggest someone look into what seems to be an error.

It would seem to be a problem with "Intuit Assist' your GenAI NLGP program.

You suggest that "it is still developing and will improve with your help." I am just trying to provide help.

Same problem with our review page... $15K in refund, but the notice box below that says $0 refund. Get it together Turbotax... considering how much I am paying for the service, I expect better than that.

Not sure if this will cause a problem with our filing or not. We've already paid to file but because of problems with Turbotax not having all the forms ready, have been waiting (and waiting... and waiting) for the forms to be finalized... and now see that they can't get the math to work properly. It gives me very little confidence that they are doing things properly.
