Early filed in January still processing refund

My federal tax return was accepted by the IRS on January 21st and has never progressed in the irs website it continues to claim irs is still processing my tax return. I haven’t received a letter or any notices to why it’s been delayed or not processed but my irs account doesn’t even have my tax record for 2021 , stating I have not done my taxes even though it’s been accepted.

Once your federal return has been accepted by the IRS, only the IRS has any control.  TurboTax does not receive any updates from the IRS. Your ONLY source of information about your refund now is the IRS.

You need your filing status, your Social Security number and the exact amount  (line 35a of your 2021 Form 1040) of your federal refund to track your Federal refund:

If you chose to have your TurboTax fees deducted from your federal refund, that will take some extra time, while the third party bank handles the refund processing.

I did choose to pay with my refund as I got the deluxe diy edition, I do wish there was a more intuitive way of finding out the status of the refund. I waited until the 24th of February to start checking the status of my federal refund through irs track refund tools but the status still has not yet changed. Thanks for the information nonetheless
