How do you get turbo tax program to refresh efiling status?

To ensure your device and software are up to date, follow these steps:

1. Manually check for updates by clicking "Check for Updates" and then "Optional Updates."
2. If cumulative, security, Intel, or firmware updates are listed, install them.
3. Reboot your PC or Mac.
4. Open your Desktop product and check for updates again.
5. In TTD, go to the "Online" tab and check for updates.
6. If updates still aren't installed, close and reopen TTD, then check again.
7. If the device isn't fully updated, restart it and repeat the process, as updates may not install all at once.

If your device is not fully updated, the program won't update properly.
