e-file rejected

My e-file was rejected, but the payment has been charged to my credit card.  What do I do about the payment when I file by mail?

Which payment are you referring to?  The TurboTax account fees?  The federal taxes owed?  The state taxes owed?

If the amount of federal taxes owed and paid are shown on your credit card account, then you will need to go the File section of the TurboTax program and on Step 2 chose the option to pay by mail with a check.  Then do not mail a check.
