Does Turbo Tax inform you of when your debit card will arrive?

No we don't have that information you would need to contact Turbo Visa Debit Card. You will get an email (about the time it should arrive in the mail) from Turbo Visa Debit Card requesting you to activate the card and set up a PIN. That let's you know the card has been mailed and to expect it soon.

You will typically receive the Turbo Visa Debit Card in the mail in 5-10 business days (remember: Saturday, Sunday, and official holidays don't count as business days). Please see this TurboTax FAQ for more information.
