My refund was deposited in my account but it not there I received my state but not my federal & I called my bank & the irs they told me to contact Ttax why it not there?

My refund was deposited in my account but it’s not there, I received my state but not my federal and I called my bank and the irs they told me to contact TurboTax but u have to pay for customer service like really why haven’t they sent my deposit to my account, and a robot can’t help I’m not finna pay $30 to talk to someone when they  holding my money last time using TurboTax

Does the IRS site say that your refund was issued?

Federal and state refunds come from completely separate entities.  You cannot expect them to arrive at the same time.

Did you choose to haveTurboTax fees deducted from your federal refund?  

Your tax refund was not sent to TurboTax.   TurboTax does not handle your refund at all.

Santa Barbara Tax Products Group, LLC  (SBTPG) is the bank that handles the Refund Processing Service when you choose to have your TurboTax fees deducted from your refund. This option also has an additional charge from the bank that processes the transaction.

No fees was deducted from my federal refund and I know state and federal don’t come at the same time and yes it say on the irs website it was deposited/sent to my bank but it’s not in my account  IRS told me to contact TurboTax

If you are having your fees deducted from the refund, check with the third party bank mentioned in the answer above.

If you entered incorrect banking information for your direct deposit, it goes back to the IRS and then they mail a paper check to the address on your tax return.

TurboTax does not receive your refund, nor does TurboTax get any information about your refund after your return was accepted.  You will need to sort this out with the IRS and/or your bank.
