Does the irs have access to my banking information? I have read several articles indicating they did not. We have not received our stimulus checks yet.

The charge for my taxes is coming out of my refund, how does this effect my stimulus payment.

If the charge for your taxes has come out of your refund, then it is unlikely that the IRS has your correct direct deposit information.

You can change the direct deposit information you have at the IRS through the new Get My Payment website.
