No. That bar usually stays open until your return has been accepted by the IRS. IRS starts accepting returns for e-file on January 29, 2024. That bar should show complete by February 1.

I have the same question. It isn't full but says I can file and I can't find where the problem would be

The bar will not be full until your return has been accepted by the IRS.
