  • The IRS Where's My Refund? lookup service provides a specific, personalized date for your tax refund.
  • The TurboTax Refund Tracker, on the other hand, projects an estimated date range on when you can expect your refund.
  • The exception would be if you are claiming the EITC/ACTC you will not receive a refund until late February. https://www.irs.gov/individuals/refund-timing.
  • Taxpayers who claim the Earned Income Tax Credit or the Additional Child Tax Credit may experience a refund hold.  According to the Protecting Americans from Tax Hikes (PATH) Act, the IRS cannot issue these refunds before mid-February. Does "still processing" make a difference and bars gone?

I checked IRS Refund this morning went from the EIC  Tax Topic 152 message to just saying your return is being processed, I checked my transcript for 2018, it is showing a DDD of 2-22-2019.  I was not showing any bars or message, I hop this helps, I know everyone is anticipating having you refund.  Enjoy you day.

I know I am bringing back an old topic...

I filed and was accepted on January 27th 2020. I went to the IRS website, and registered to view my transcripts.

Which transcript do I choose? My options are the following, with 5 years worth of info listed under each one by year.

Return Transcript Record of Account Transcript Account Transcript Wage & Income Transcript

If I select Account transcript, here is what I see..

code 150 cycle 20200505 date Feb 17 2020

I am reading about code 846... I cant find that.

Could anyone help me please?

@Jdlucas What type of information do you need from your transcript?  You will need to choose the transcript type that includes the information that you need.  The following IRS article lists the transcript types and the information that is included with each one:  https://www.irs.gov/individuals/tax-return-transcript-types-and-ways-to-order-them
