Called them. Said I had to pay to talk to a tech to solve. I have used their programs for many years and buy to programs a year. Pay for service to solve their application error!!!!!!!!!!!!! Very frustrating. Worst customer support I have ever dealt with.
Will find a new tax software package from now on.
If you got an email alert the email itself should have told you how to contact them if you have issues ... if you paid for the Online program you don't have to pay again.
