So your account stay the same u just have a different card number right
Correct. Your account and routing numbers to your checking account will not change with a debit card replacement. To find those numbers, simply look at your bank statement each month or on the bottom of your checkbook.
What If the card was lost or stolen
@Dominic 1 Are you referring to a Turbo Visa Card being lost or stolen? If so, you can call Customer Service at (888) 285-4169 or visit https://turbodebitcard.intuit.com/. If you're referring to your personal bank account's debit card, then you would want to reach out to your financial institution.
After reporting your turbo debit card lost or stolen does your account number and routing number change upon getting a replacement card?
No. The routing number and account number stay the same.
Thank you. So then how come the last 2 years I have filed with turbo tax and opted to receive my refund on the turbo card yet my stimulus check was deposited into an account number that isn't my turbo account number. It's not even my personal bank account number?
What if I have two different accounts from 2018 and 2019 with two different accounts made. Does the one from 2018 with my social number expire?or renew when I made the new one this year filing for 2019 taxes
I think it's disgusting how the help person kept giving the same answer when the customer rewarded his question. Must be a mechanical response. If that helps person was getting paid you should take their money back. I understand that's my serious question he wanted to know if the debit card number will be different on the replacement card and also the accounting and routing numbers will stay the same. That's all.
You can also download the chime app and it has all that info on there for you

You cannot change banking information while your return is in pending, nor can you change it after the return is accepted.
If you e-filed:
Banking information for direct deposit is wrong
If you entered incorrect banking information for your refund, you can change it if your return is rejected. If it is accepted, however, it is too late to change it. The bank will reject the refund and send it back to the IRS. Then the IRS will issue a paper check and mail it to the address you put on your tax return. Expect a delay of at least a couple of weeks to receive your refund.
Here is what the IRS says about entering incorrect banking information
