Thanks but This is not helpful information I’m afraid. It refers to the sweepstakes in 2019!!!

it clearly said when you open up a turbo card this year there would be a sweepstakes but I’ve heard nothing about it.

For more information on the sweepstakes, please use the FAQ link posted below to reach out to Turbo Visa Debit customer service. When you call the number, don't select option 2. The system will repeat itself a few times, then you will get more options:
