Do you know how to fix the webpage to be able to access previous years records?

It will show up for a second that I am able to get into my documents then redirects me back to home page before I can see my previous years returns. When I spoke to someone she said it was a known error and that they were working on it. I need to access my old record for a time sensitive matter, does anyone know how to fix the issue?

Were you able to solve your issue? Try closing TurboTax, clear your Cache and Cookies, and reopen TurboTax.
