I used Turbotax online to free file my 2020 tax return. I made a mistake while answering the Q 'Can someone claim you as a dependent'. Instead of saying No, I responded with a Yes.
In my turbotax account I do not see a way to amend the return though the help topic 'How do I amend my 2020 TurboTax Online return?' says I should see one in 'Your tax return & documents' section.
Any help will be greatly appreciated.

You cannot amend a tax return that was just accepted. You have to wait for it to be processed by the IRS. Trying to send in an amended return while they are still processing the original return could confuse things and delay your refund for months.
Do not try to change anything on your return now. When you amend, your Form 1040X has to be prepared from the return exactly the way it looked when you filed it originally. You have to wait. Once your return has been processed you will complete a Form 1040X --- which is not yet available --- and submit it to amend the mistakes made when you filed your original return. It takes the IRS at least four months to process an amended return.
The 2020 Form 1040X does not become available until the end of February 2020 (subject to change).

Thanks for the prompt and detailed response.
I assume once form 1040X becomes available, the option will show up in turbotax to amend the return.
When will the 1040 be available?
I do not have a specific date; however, here is how you can confirm if its available.

An amended return, Form 1040-X, can only be printed and mailed to the IRS if the original tax return was not e-filed. The IRS will take up to 16 weeks or longer to process an amended tax return.
See this TurboTax support FAQ on amending a tax return originally completed and filed using the 2020 TurboTax editions - https://ttlc.intuit.com/community/amending/help/how-do-i-amend-my-return/01/27439
I was told by the IRS to file an amendment to 2020 tax return because I did not get the second stimulus relief check. How do I get a 1040X form to fill out or is there another way? Would like to think I can do it online with your software

When you were completing the 2020 federal tax return using TurboTax, you were asked specifically in the Federal Review portion of the program, assuming you were eligible, if you received both the first and second stimulus payment. If you did NOT receive the second payment you should have indicated NO and entered a 0 for the amount received.
That would have meant there would have been a $600 Recovery Rebate Credit entered on the federal tax return, Form 1040, on Line 30. The Credit would have been included in the federal tax refund or it would have reduced the amount of federal taxes owed.
Look at your Form 1040 Line 30, is there an amount entered?
