Do I have to amend my refund if I only have to correct lines 11 and 15?

Line 11 of your Form 1040 is your adjusted gross income; line 15 is your total taxable income. Those amounts come from other data that you entered--so you cannot "only" correct those two lines. There must be some other data that you need to change in order to affect lines 11 and 15. What are you trying to change?
