I'm not too sure if this is help feedback. I don't know if this is right one that I can ask question. I'm on social security disability I don't file 2018-2019. I tried track Get my Payment statues found say it's not match to their record?. What does it meaning? I did enter correct social security every single day after they lock me for 24 hour lock me. I'm worried what if someone stole my ID or not I tried find more information how to find where FAQ say why not match.

So since I'm on SSI, My 2018 tax return was not used for direct deposit or address information back in April when first DD were made??  My 2018 information is no longer good. I kept getting locked out of get my payment and many submissions were rejected through the websites as I didn't have "matching information" so I couldn't give or update my new information. So no check was mailed to old address either?? I hope not.  I guess if I get my stimulus by way of my SSI on Wednesday 13th then my question is answered

I was having the same exact issues for weeks. I found a reference to go to the IRS site and login. I had to create an account and when I used the numbers that were on the site it worked perfectly. I put in just what i paid for Fed and not the total amount. Example - I paid $2k for federal and got back $500 from state. Turbo tax shows $1,500 total 2019 tax due, however the number they want to know is Federal. That got me through the next screen... FINALLY! Hopefully this helps some others.

I have the same issue i been trying to contact them for a while and nothing due to the Covid-19 i can communicate them i received a letter from them because they can't identify me and i can't called then neither can't make a account because they can't find my social security in their system so i really don't know what to do to get my stimulus and IRS check

If you got a letter from the IRS that requires you to ID Verify  and you cannot do it online as they direct then all you can do is keep trying the Phone option ... read the notice for the number to call every couple of days until you get through.

I have done every single days with all captured. My SSN it is possible why still found not match? I’m on Social Security benefits and has Direct express. I pray that no one better not ID theft that’s why it showing not match to their files.

I understand I don’t need take action just let IRS take care of. Mostly people who are on Social Security had already received but I haven’t got it yet. I don’t need to file 2018-2019 taxes due to taxes able. I had been wondering if I file non filer just to update but I change my mind deleted it will it affect?

If you did not file a 2018 or 2019 return AND you are on SS benefits AND  you did not get the DD yet then you should use the NON FILER portal to get your info into the system ... https://www.irs.gov/coronavirus/non-filers-enter-payment-info-here

I filed 2018 tax thru Turbo tax but had to pay did not pay then but paid for State to be filed then with debit card info. Would this cause the my info not matching Get my payment info.  We also draw Social Security.  Please can you help me?

I literally have been trying this site for a month straight!!!  Finally ran into your cheat  code and it worked!!!  Thanks for this.  You should do a blog post on Medium or something were you can monetize this information.  There are probably thousands of people looking for this information and it's buried on the 5 page of some random Turbo Tax Question!

TRY THIS! I was getting the same message about info not matching records. I was trying EVERY DAY until I got locked out. I was panicking. So today, I decided to see what my bank account was at, and guess what? The money had been deposited almost 2 weeks ago! Don't depend on the "Get My Payment " link. Just check your account regularly. I hope this works for everyone.

I’m having a similar problem. However, I clearly had the correct information for direct deposit, even though I mailed my returns. Do you think I will actually receive a stimulus By mail at this late date? I more than qualified.  Both federal return site and stimulus site say info is wrong! However, my state refund site gives me a date they will make a deposit to my bank...This is soooo frustrating!..
