Did you not get a notification from Turbotax saying that your return has been accepted ( for processing) by the IRS? You need to go look at your account-- it should tell you when it was accepted.
If it was accepted but the direct debit has not occurred, then call the IRS and ask for status. You can also pay directlt at www.irs.gov\payments -- with credit/debit or direct debit
