If im supposed to to receive my refund on the 13th of feb, but i owe TurboTax fees when should i recieve the refund, like how many days does it take to get from there bank to mine?

Did you have the TT fees withheld from the federal refund ?  

If so the refund needs to go from the IRS to the third party bank to your bank.  This process can take up to 3 business days or more.
