How do I delete form 8960 from amended return or delete the data so the form is not needed from a CD/Downloaded return?

That form is populated automatically due to the info entered so it may not be deleted if it belongs ... review the form to see where the amounts are coming from ... if there is an error correct it at the root ... but if you just try to delete the form in the FORMS mode will not work, the form will just regenerate. https://www.irs.gov/pub/irs-pdf/f8960.pdf

did the numbers on it change from the original return? if so, it needs to be submitted with the amended return.  if it hasn't, just don't print it out for filing.
