What?   Did you use the online software program and enter income from 2017?  The online program is only for a 2019 return, so it seems you have made several mistakes.  You do not say when you worked in NV--did you enter W-2's for those jobs on the same return?  That might explain the larger income amount you mentioned.  A refund is not "per W-2" ; a refund is based on the total amount of income entered and a variety of other factors.

Did you e-file it yet?  I hope not.  Please post back with more information.  If you e-filed, please check your e-file status and tell us what it says.
