Hello,on my 2020 tax return transcript says cycle code “ 20213305” and date “09-06-2021” , what does that mean?

The first six numbers are the date and the last 2 are the filing cycle.  It means your return was accepted on March 3 and the 05 stands for the fifth week of the filing cycle.

2021 = year   33 = week in year 05 =  day in week    8/19/2021
