If you purchased the CD's from TurboTax then contact TurboTax support and they can push the 2016 and 2017 installation file to your download account.

Did you buy the Desktop CD/Download program or use the online versions those years?  Do you need to reinstall the programs again or buy the programs new?  Did you have any backup copies of your returns?  They end in .tax2016, .tax2017 or maybe have the pdf files?
