I did as DanaB27 suggested and sent a diagnostic .tax2023 file to TurboTax online from my TurboTax Deluxe program so that my file will be shared with an Agent. I have not heard from anyone yet. This sharing feature seems like a great feature, but there is no easy way to confirm that it has been received and is being analyzed. Can anyone shed light on this feature?
I've used TT for years, but my one complaint is that it's nearly impossible to get through to someone when you have an issue. I would think TT would be very interested in tracking down potential bugs.

We would like to take a deeper dive into this message to assist you. In order to do this, it would be helpful to have a TurboTax ".tax2023" file that is experiencing this issue. You can send us a “diagnostic” file that has your “numbers” but not your personal information. If you would like to do this, here are the instructions: Go to the black panel on the left side of your program and select Tax Tools.
Here are the instructions if you are using TurboTax CD/Download:
We will then be able to see exactly what you are seeing and we can determine what exactly is going on in your return and provide you with a resolution.
Ok, I finally realized you are talking about this post. My confusion was because I got the same post as an email and I tried to reply to that.
My diagnostic file was sent about 20 minutes ago and gave me a Token number = 1204960.
Please confirm that you received it.
Got it. Thank you.
Regarding the Check the Entry Form 5329 you can delete the entry (leave the field blank) since you do not need to request a waiver.
Regarding the State Tax Refund Worksheet when I ran the check this error did not come up, but I reviewed the worksheet it is asking for information from your 2022 return. If you paid no property tax in 2022 then you entered correctly $0.
Thanks for the information. I suspected I did not need a waiver, but feared I might have made an incorrect entry. Perhaps a bit more help on this Form 5329-T entry check would be good for us non-CPAs. And I realized that I didn't have any property tax for 2022 (and didn't report any) so was TT just doubting my 2022 return? It really shouldn't have asked me that question and make me waste so much time finally realizing I needed to enter a zero.
Anyhow, thanks for your help. I can proceed now with more confidence.
