If my refund on the IRS website says still processing does it mean I will be audited?

Kell6262 i just called and went thru the prompts just for them to say, "we cannot accept telephone calls now, please call back"

Wtf??!!! I really hope it's because they are busy updating our stuff! I have heard there is a big update coming Saturday so maybe this why...keep trying and if you get through please let's us know as I will if I get through also!

Kell6262 i just got off the phone with them. My tax preparer was off by $1000 with my income so it doesn't match the w2 and they were trying to verify that and something from the 3rd party didn't come in so they have to reset it on Monday which puts me 45 days from there on April 26. It went from april 2, to april 9 and now the 26th. Wtf! Yea they updating alright, updating on how far back they go send money out. He said if something comes in before then i can get my refund. If the website doesn't change or i don't get a letter or refund by April 26 to call back. Im sooo irritated, next year im going over the numbers with my tax preparer. This is my big hold up.

Called today and was told no letter was sent out, i don’t understand. Last time i called they said that one was sent out. I don’t understand why no one can give me a straight answer smh

Do anyone know when the system do their major updates? I can't believe how they keep pushing the dates for review farther and farther away. They know what the problem is and said they don't need anything from me, so fix it and send me my money. Damn

Update: got a letter stating their review and right now they're asking me to do nothing. They may contact my preparer or third party

Finally got my federal today got the update on friday and i filed January 22 and got my refund a day earlier
