changing bank info on 2021 return

I have filed and had my return accepted. Now, my bank account had to be closed due to its being hacked. My payment is due to be withdrawn on 4/15, but the bank account on the return has been closed. Can I change it to the new account somehow, or alert them somehow?

If your return has already been Accepted, you won't be able to change your account. The payment will be reversed and the IRS will issue a paper check. For more details on this, please see the Help Article here.

thank you, but we owe taxes and they won't be able to withdraw them.
