Change of address

I have a big issue if anybody could help that would be great. When I did my taxes I opted to have money taken out of my refund. IRS sent refund to TurboTax bank for fees to be taken out. My bank rejected my refund and sent it right back. The bank is now saying they made a check out to me. My problem is my address has since changed. I called irs and updated my address also changed address at the post office and on my TurboTax account. I was told my check would be going to the address on the return. My question is will the post office forward the check to my new address? Do anyone have a idea of how this type of thing work?? Please help.
