Can you please refund me for $64.19?

I was debited on 11/09/2016 for $64.19 without justification.  I need to be credited back on my credit card or I will dispute the charge

You will need to contact TurboTax support and speak directly with a support agent who can remove the charge from your account.

To contact TurboTax customer service/support use their contact website during business hours.  If the problem concerns any type of refund for fees, use the key words billing issues and do Not use the word Refund or you will get a phone number for tax refunds.

Submit your question/problem during business hours and then use the option for Call (a phone number will be provided for Call) to speak directly with a TurboTax agent -

Note:  The Call option will not be available when TurboTax Support is closed.

Sounds like you were signed up for the Advantage Auto Renew plan.  If you don't want the program in the future you should cancel the Advantage account so you don't get charged next November too.

You can sign into your TurboTax Advantage account and under Your Product, select to remove product. Once you remove the recurring product order, the TurboTax Advantage subscription will be cancelled, as well.
