Can you please help me delete an employer that was supposed to be a school? the school has been added correctly now but it still wants to add for an employer.

If you were entering in the W-2 section see below. If not, add a comment.

It's easy to remove a W2.

  1. Open your return. (To do this, sign in to TurboTax and click the Take me to my return button.)
  2. Search for W-2 using the search in the upper right corner and then click the Jump to link in the search results.
  3. This brings you to the Here's your W-2 info screen. Click the trash can icon next to the unwanted W-2 and then answer Yes on the following screen.

If this was not what you needed that's why I posted the comment above. Did you enter the employer somewhere else other than w-2?

Yes it is entered into the school section. I need to delete it from the employer section so I can efile
