CAN YOU DELETE AMENDED RETURN NOT FILED

If you have amended the 2024 tax return using the online editions -

Sign onto your online account - https://myturbotax.intuit.com/

When you sign onto your online account and land on the Tax Home web page, scroll down and click on Add a state. 

This will take you back to the 2024 online tax return.  Click on Cancel Amend on the left side of the online program screen.

Then you will need to remove all the changes made so that the tax return will be back to how it was when the original return was filed.
