I have received my federal tax refund, but not my state tax refund. Please advise.

According to Turbo Tax, the return was accepted. Who else should i contact?

When you log into your account you should also see the status and if it was Accepted or Rejected, Started, Printed, Ready to Mail, etc.  what does it say?

When you look on the state's website Make sure you are using the refund amount from your actual state tax return and not the combined amount Turbo Tax showed you at the end.  That was for federal and state combined.

It says that it has been accepted. But that nothing can be pulled up that matches my SS and zip code.

According to that link you sent my return was accepted. I followed through to the IRS website and then received this message: We cannot provide any information about your refund. Be sure to:
verify your filing date;
check with your tax preparer or tax software provider; or
verify you received your electronically filed acknowledgement e-mail.
If you filed a complete and accurate tax return, your refund should be issued within 21 days of the received date. However, processing may take longer under certain circumstances.

Can you confirm that my filing date was 1/23?

I'm looking for my Vermont State return. According to their website, my info is not found in their system. Thanks for your help.

If they say they cannot find your information check your correspondence from turbotax and confirm your state return was filed and accepted.
