This is mainly a user community forum.   No one but you can check your deposit information.  Here are a couple  of things you can check:

FAQ:   Where can I find my direct deposit account information after I've e-filed?

https://ttlc.intuit.com/turbotax-support/en-us/help-article/account-management/find-direct-deposit-a...

If you don't recognize the deposit info, did you have any TurboTax fees that you paid out of your Federal refund?   If so, the funds are first deposited in an intermediary bank where the fees are subtracted.  So in that case the IRS will think that temporary account is your "bank account."  That third-party bank then sends the rest to your bank (or card) in a separate direct deposit.

If you DID use that method to pay your TurboTax fees, you can check on the funds at the third-party company that manages that--SBTPG.   To look up your info on their website, use the "For Taxpayers" portal at

https://www.sbtpg.com/

If you used them, and if there's an issue, SBTPG has a phone contact page at the following link. It also shows their business hours.  Even when they are closed, you may be able to get automated info, or you can log in as above.

NOTE:  If you paid your fees upfront with credit/debit card and did not pay any TurboTax fees out of your Federal refund, then the info above about SBTPG won't apply to you.
