Can we use our bank account for our advance refund instead of Credit Karma?

No. The Refund Advance is available only on a Credit Karma Visa Debit Card.

 What if for whatever reason they are having trouble with their system can't verify your identity they can't figure it out and we're left with no other options so am I just supposed to start my taxes with another company or what there's absolutely no other way to get an advance I got one last year on a Turbo card why can't I use that?

@shrimpmonkey We are other users.   We have no power over how the terms of the refund advance are set up.   This year the terms require a credit karma card.   If you do not want to wait for the "bugs" to be worked out then you are free to prepare your tax return somewhere else.

So this is the kind of response we as TurboTax customers are supposed get? I have been using TurboTax for many years and this year is crap!! Credit Karma is a joke!! They can't verify my identity but they can monitor my credit score?? How's that even possible?? The "bugs" should've been worked out before the program was rolled out to customers!

Same thing happened to me and I completely agree with you I mean how stupid is Credit Karma....oh we monitor your credit, offer you loans, credit cards, and car insurance and have all of your personal information but we can't verify your personal information. What a joke and shady company turbo tax made them self look like a **bleep**ty scammy company by team up with Credit Karma what  joke they are myself and a lot of people I know will never file with turbo tax as long as they are teamed up with **bleep** show credit karma. I like to use their software and get my return to final step but never actually file with them just to get my refund amount and and have a reference but Ill never send my return to the IRS through turbo tax until they are not part if credit karma.
