Can't uninstall old versions of Turbotax

I have used Turbo Tax Premier many years on my desktop PC, now running Windows 10 at current maintenance. In spite of the 1603 error with 2020, I successfully finished with my taxes for this year.  However, under Windows /Settings/Apps, I noticed that there are still entries for Turbo Tax 2015-2019.  When I try to uninstall any of these, I get the infamous Windows Installer Error 1603 on the Turbo Tax screen titled Repair / Uninstall TurboTax yyyy.

How can I get rid of these old versions?  Isn't the install for the new supposed get rid of at least some of these? This is probably caused by the same 1603 error experienced by so many with Turbo Tax 2020.   If you fix that, maybe I will be able to uninstall the old versions.
