Can't find Amend a return in TurboTax 2018

I read   https://ttlc.intuit.com/community/amending/help/how-do-i-amend-my-return-in-the-turbotax-cd-download...

However I couldn't follow this line " Inside your program, search for amend and then click the Jump to link."

When I searched, it returned a list of topics including the above document.  I did not see "Jump to" link.

I couldn't see any selection in the menus.

What am I missing?

ok, I did follow your instructions and contacted a live support person.  Once I did screen sharing, and followed the exact same steps I did before, then the "Jump to" Amend link showed up!

I couldn't explain it, but it is now working.
