Can't access my turbo prepaid card account online to view my card information

It won't even load at all yesterday my tax turbo account now it loads and allows me to enter my password and user ID name but keep saying wrong password I know that it's not I've been using that password this whole time I received my taxes on it and everything was fine now that the settlement checks are going through something's going on with the TurboTax

That's hard to do when it don't even ring or says the wireless number you calling is unavailable at this time

Yeah that’s what it did to me. It didn’t ring at all. I tried like 6 times over a few hours. Logging in is impossible also

I had to try and change my password multiple times until it finally worked... it requires a more powerful password then it used to! Hope that helps
