There's no way to report an accuracy failure for 2021 at https://ttlc.intuit.com/community/charges-and-fees/help/how-do-i-submit-a-claim-under-the-turbotax-1...
Can someone add 2021 to the tool? It's not a good sign that this isn't being updated. It appears like malicious non-compliance.

This has just been reported to the TurboTax Moderator of this forum. Appears to be an oversight and will be corrected as soon as possible.
Thank you. It seems like this isn't the first time this has happened. For a company like Turbotax to not add the current year to a web form does not look good. Each year I file with you your practices are getting more and more shady. Last year 2020 was a fiasco and I proved that turbotax had a software error. This year turbotax didn't file my taxes right. This will be the last year I file with turbotax.
@DoninGA Could you nudge them again? It doesn't look like they did anything.
@Castlerock Just got word last night. This is the message received -
"The new tax year isn't added until after the filing deadline. Our guarantee covers penalties and interest due to a program calculation error or incorrect tax advice. The taxing agencies do not impose these types of penalties or interest until after the filing deadline. 2021 will be added on or around April 18. Customers should be referred to Audit Support if they have a notice now."
That's unfortunate. I'm waiting on the letter from the IRS but there's the real possibility that turbotax sent bad data to the IRS. Unfortunately I have the feeling that's not going to fall under the auspices of an audit. The notice is in February so I might just be able to squeeze in under the 60 day deadline by three days.
So turbotax possibly screws up my return and they're doing their very best to make their "100% Accuracy guarantee" not apply. That's just awful business.
