If you're having trouble finding the status of your MA state refund, I would first double-check that it's been successfully efiled and accepted using this FAQ:

If it has been accepted, then I would go to the Massachusetts website using the link below. It appears you can check the status either online or by phone.

Lastly, if you are still unable to track the status of your MA state refund, I would contact someone at the Massachusetts Department of Revenue directly, and see if they are able to access your information. Contact information can be found in the link below:
