Can I use the online version of TurboTax to file my 19yo college student's taxes? I see no option to start a return for dependent. Only options about my completed return.

Yes, but you will need to start a new online account for his return. 

When you answer the "My Info" interview, be sure he selects "Someone else can claim me"
