Can I use my Payoneer account with a U.S. ABA routing number to receive my tax refund via direct deposit from TurboTax, or will the IRS reject the transfer?

Turbotax does not make tax refunds. they come from the iRS but will go through a third party if you use your refund to pay the Turbotax fees. As to that institution, I would suggest calling and asking because if they reject the deposit it goes back to the iRS to issue a paper check.
